- How much does IT support cost?
- Chat support is $29 a session, phone support is $50 a session, and a remote session for computers is $99, which includes phone and chat. You pay once the problem is fixed, with no contract.
- What does "until it is fixed" mean?
- A session covers one problem from start to finish, not a set number of minutes. I keep working with you until it is solved, and I follow up afterwards to make sure it stayed fixed.
- Which option should I pick?
- Start with chat or phone for most everyday problems on any device. Choose a remote session when a computer needs hands-on work, like a slow machine, a software install, or an email setup. If you are not sure, call and I will tell you which fits.
- What if the problem cannot be fixed in a session?
- Some problems need parts, a repair shop, or a larger job like setting up a new computer. If that is the case, I tell you plainly before anything else is charged, and larger jobs are quoted upfront.
- When and how do I pay?
- After the session, once the problem is fixed. You get an invoice that you can pay online by card.
